Our founder has built and sold successful companies several times over. We believe this gives us an edge when reviewing new opportunities and analysing the probability of success. This combination of operating experience and traditional security analysis drives investment decisions which we match to clients investments criteria.

Following a few years in the British Army D-JS began stockbroking in 1995. Starting at Townsley (later Insinger Townsley), moving as a private banker to Kaupthing Bank Luxembourg. Then managing a handful of family offices via Novum and establishing multi-family office teams for Arden and WH Ireland. He has managed funds for UHNW/Family Office clients, trading UK, US, Canadian & European equities, bonds, cfds, spread bets and equity options. Over the years, he has helped investors build stakes in numerous public companies both in the UK and abroad.
He has advised, raised both public and private equity, participated in hundreds of IPOs and secondary fund raisings for a wide range of companies across a broad range of sectors.

Robert started his career as a futures and options broker on the LIFFE floor in the mid-1990s. Post the transition from open outcry to screen based trading, he took a position with Cantor Fitzgerald in London working in equities, rising to become Head of Dealing. He then moved in 2006 to Kaupthing Bank London to help establish a successful UHNW franchise. Similar positions were held at Novum, Arden Partners and WH Ireland until recently taking the opportunity to set up Austin Capital.
Rob is a very experienced dealer in smaller companies, always operating with a high degree of professionalism and integrity. He also derives great satisfaction from being involved and helping to raise capital for growth companies.
